そんな私たちが今回募集するのは、
宗像という土地で、旅行業や農業を軸に、ゆくゆくは独立を目指したい方（独立したくない方もウェルカムです）。
フルタイムでなくてもOK。日本語が多少話せれば、外国籍の方も歓迎します。
宗像は、豊かな海、森、山、農地、そして世界遺産の歴史資源をもつ、全国的にも稀有な地域です。観光資源と自然環境に恵まれていて、まだまだ伸びしろが無限にあります。

旅行業を学び、地域を案内するプロへ
2025年に旅行業の免許を取得して以来、親子向け旅行から事業者様の要望に沿った市内観光プランまで、地域密着のツアー企画を検討しています。
宗像の自然、食、文化、人とのつながりを“体験”として編集するのは、これからのローカル観光に欠かせない視点です。
旅行の企画、案内、受入れ、魅力づくりなど、実務を通して学びながら、基本的には自身が面白い、と思う「旅」を世に提案していってもらいます。
農業を学び、一次産業から地域を支える
宗像は海産物のイメージが強い地域ですが、実は農業も盛んです。当社も市内農業法人の経営に参画し、持続可能な農業の形を模索しています。
農作物の生産、加工、販売、マーケティングまで、一次産業を基礎から学び、旅行業と連携させることで、「農 × 観光」の新しい事業モデルに挑戦することができます。
こちらも、独立を希望される方にはノウハウやネットワークを惜しみなく提供します。
また、数年内には大豆づくりから豆腐製造、販売、食事提供までするような企画もあります。

Hello, my name is Miyazaki.
As briefly introduced on this website, our company is based in Munakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and is engaged in a wide range of activities including urban regeneration, commercial facility management, real estate development, welfare services, agriculture, art, international exchange, and the travel business.
What all of our projects have in common is a single belief:
we want to increase the value of the region and create a new future starting from local communities.
Who We Are Looking For
We are currently looking for people who would like to work in Munakata while learning tourism and agriculture as their core fields, with the potential to become independent in the future (those who do not wish to become independent are also very welcome).
Full-time employment is not required.
Applicants of any nationality are welcome, as long as they can communicate in basic Japanese.

Transforming Munakata’s nature, food culture, history, and human connections into meaningful “experiences” is an essential perspective for the future of local tourism.
Through hands-on work such as tour planning, guiding, guest coordination, and content creation, you will be encouraged to design and propose travel experiences that you personally find exciting and meaningful.
Learn Agriculture and Support the Region from Primary Industry
Although Munakata is often associated with seafood, agriculture is also a vital local industry. Our company participates in the management of local agricultural corporations while exploring sustainable farming models.
You will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of primary industry—from production and processing to sales and marketing—and connect agriculture with tourism to create new “Agri × Tourism” business models.
For those aiming for independence, we will openly share our know-how and networks.
We are also planning projects that integrate soybean farming, tofu production, sales, and food services in the coming years.
